This project seeks to strengthen the skills of women entrepreneurs in the Pampas Grande district, Huaraz province, Department of Áncash. This is done by creating a sustainable model of small-scale garment production; allowing these women to generate their own income.
Pan Peru's goal is to improve the quality of life of these women and promote self sustainability. Additionally, Pan Peru seeks to open market channels for these women to sell their products. Meetings are held every 15 days, to help guide these women weavers and keep them updated with regards to economic developments.
